He is married to Mary Conie aged 38 who is Vestry Keeper. She was born in New York but is a British subject. They have a daughter Mary Martha, aged 14 who was born in Liberty of the Rolls, Middx.

Robert Conie was born at Weedon, Northants(now aged 24) and lives at 25 Park Rd, Walworth,Lambeth and is a labourer. He is married to Harriett Conie aged 27 also born in Northants. They have a daughter Mary A aged 3 and son Thomas aged 1 both born in Northants but their older daughter Susannah is not mentioned.
